Hi Everyone - This is late, thanks for being patient with me. I’m not trying to make a habit of this coming out later and later.

I’m extremely excited because Warren is coming into town for 3 weeks. We will be using this time to grind on Austin Founders Feed and a few other projects. I think this is a much needed launchpad for us. More on what we are working on below.

This week:

This week we added 120 subscribers, down 4 from last week. We basically need to start the ad iteration up again. Honestly, it has been a far less important part of our business than increasing our revenue, but it is a fixed effort for a pretty long tail return.

Sparkloop continues to be our second most profitable revenue stream (right behind sponsorships)

We currently have 19 people on our newsletter guide waitlist. We are really excited about this and plan to launch it next Monday.

There’s nothing quite like working in person. You share accountability, can communicate in real time, and can brainstorm ideas that aren’t directly related to specific task.

We are looking to take Austin Founders Feed and our newsletter agency to the next level, and is the perfect time to do it.

We will be working on the following while Warren is in town:

1) Paid community offering - This is something we want to get right. People have been asking for it, and we will be thinking about how to execute this at a high level

2) Newsletter Agency offering - We’re working with 3+ people on this to get our feet wet. Will nail down an offer that we believe is fair and compelling during this time.

3) Organic content - Our instagram is growing by over 500 followers per month while our content remains pretty mediocre. We will plan on how to level this up without massive added effort.

4) Admin - We incorporated and have a bank and stuff. We should probably make sure that is all good while he is here and can sign stuff.

Still deprioritizing meta ads. More on this probably 1 week from now.
